New CurtCo Media Quarterly Publication to focus on the Exclusive World of Multiple Luxury Home Ownership
Malibu, CA (August 24, 2004) – CurtCo Media today announced the premiere of Robb Report Vacation Homes, a quarterly luxury lifestyle publication devoted to the exclusive world of multiple home ownership.
Scheduled to premiere August 31, Robb Report Vacation Homes will have an initial distribution of 100,000 copies. In addition to in-home subscriptions, the new publication will be available at newsstands, in bookstores, and at select residence and private country clubs.
Addressing the unique needs and interests of multiple home owners, buyers and sellers of the world's most exquisite and sought-after vacation properties, Robb Report Vacation Homes will explore all aspects of second, third and fourth home ownership, with comprehensive coverage of real estate investment opportunities, tax strategies, maintenance, home security and estate management.
The new publication provides readers with a first-hand look at a selection of extraordinary homes, including beachfront properties, vineyard retreats, ranches, country houses, golf resorts, mountain chalets and equestrian estates.
The premiere issue offers an insider's perspective on building vacation homes; an in-depth look at the Discovery Land Co., one of the country's top golf community developers; an exploration into the world of destination clubs and fractional home ownership in its innovative "Clubhouse" section; a preview of brand-new property developments in "Ground Floor"; and an overview of complex tax issues and security concerns for multiple home owners in "Homework."
In addition, the publication includes a look at the new wave of Miami 's high rises and tours the Four Seasons resort in Scottsdale, where guests can either stay at the hotel, buy a fractional condo or build their own custom estate.

Robb Report Vacation Homes will publish under the direction of Editor-in-chief Adele Cygelman, who has covered international real estate for the past 15 years. She currently serves as the Home and Design Editor of Robb Report and the Design and Real Estate Editor of The Robb Report Collection. Prior to her current position at CurtCo, Ms. Cygelman was a senior editor at Architectural Digest. She is the author of Palm Springs Modern (Rizzoli, 1999) and Secret Gardens of Hollywood (Universe, 2004).
The premiere of Robb Report Vacation Homes marks the latest move in CurtCo Media's plan to acquire or develop luxury lifestyle vertical titles beginning with its purchase of Robb Report in 2001.
